Thank you, Nancy. I was really excited about this post, more so than just about any I can remember. I really wanted people to see these. I think Jill Taylor Bolte sorta popularized TED in a way--by default. I may plug Amanda Bagg's video again, separately. there was an awful lot on that post! I was brimming to tell it all!

Nancy at GoodFoodMatters

Both videos were enormously engaging; I have watched several excellent presentations on TED and Temple Grandin's was so so good.

Recently saw Jill Bolte Taylor (My Stroke of Insight) on TED, where she describes her stroke (on left side of the brain) operating almost completely from the right side of the brain (thinking in pictures---feeling the energy and connection to all life)

thanks especially for In My Language, the music of the hum , the dance of the hands stays with me.

Nancy at GoodFoodMatters

Wow, Leisa, both videos are so powerful. That Temple appeared on TED is perfect----TED is providing a substantial platform for sharing important visions.

And yet, In My Language is most revealing and instructive. The dance of the hands will stay with me.

check out Jill Bolte on TED--brain scientist who suffered major stroke in her left hemisphere--and operated solely, for a time, from the Right Brain--thinking in pictures, feeling the connection to all energy/life forms...
